The Ruby EL34B STR has a number of features that have made it one of the most popular EL34 used by musicians and manufactures the world over.

It benefits from with extra reinforced glass, gold plated grids and large heat wings. The valve has high gain which gives it superbly crunchy sound when over driven. It has excellent clarity in the upper midrange with far more presence and attack than many other EL34.

The reinforced glass envelope gives it an improved performance in terms of rattle and microphonic performance. No wonder the Ruby EL34B has been the choice of many manufactures. The Ruby EL34B STR balanced and crunchy overdriven tone has made this valve a real favourite.

All Ruby Power valves are tested by Magic Parts for quality assurance and selected for low microphonics and hum. The valves are dual matched on anode current and gain. This ensures that the valves will be matched and reliable.

They are then retested and matched by Watford Valves on our custom test rigs. This ensures that you will get the highest quality Ruby Tubes power valves available.
