Z&I was major supplier to the Mod and N.A.T.O hence and sourced these specially designed Brimar valves for supply to the avionics industry.
The construction is different from the standard version as features the shock resistant half flange black anode structure with ring getter. The same construction as the Brimar CV4024
This valve is superb in Fender amplifiers as a reverb driver as it has a bright clear response with low microphonics. So is ideal in high end audio, valve compressors and valve pedals
