Siemens EZ80 is a very high quality rectifier that were used in high end audio application such as the excellent Border patrol power suppliesThese Siemens EZ80 has the distinctive white marking on the centre of the anode plate printed with EZ80 on the glass with no logo and has the ribbed seam on the top of the glass.
The Germans manufactured this valve with a thick glass envelope, this results in very low microphonics due to its thickness and is internally braced which prevents vibration.
