We have a range of high quality valve sockets for replacement in Vintage and modern amplifiers. We have a small stock of original Mcmurdo valves bases as well as the very high quality Belton bases.
All are chassis mount unless stated.
Vintage style 8 pin Ceramic Octal Socket Chassis Mount with fixed mounting plate.Features Mcmurdo style two point slant or knife contacts with bent lugs and top mounts through a 1 inch hole in the chassis.
This is used by many manufactures for EL34, 6L6GC, KT88, KT66, GZ34, 6SN7GT and similar octal based valves.This socket is an exact replacement for the octal tube socket found in many Fender amps
