Fender Amplifiers have a huge musical legacy that dates from the very beginning of modern popular music. Our Fender full revalve kits are put together after a life time of using and comparing the performance of valves in these amplifiers. The kits offer the best options drawn from original new old stock USA made valves and their modern counterparts. They are designed and put together to provide improved sonic and tonal definition with more clarity out of these legendary amplifiers. Each preamp kit is specially selected for low noise, uniform gain and tonal characteristic. All output valves have been burst tested and matched on anode current and gain.

The Harma ECC83 STR is used to maintain the amps sparkling clean sounds. The mid range is clean and transparent which removes the mush from the sound when the amplifier is overdriven. The valve responds very well to pedals and crunches up with a fat well balanced tone.
In the output section we use the Marshall EL34B.These are premium quality EL34B so all have the Marshall logo printed on the valve.
Soundwise, these EL34 valves have it all, in clean mode they have a harmonic open top which provides a warm transparent and sparkling clean sound. The bass response is tightly focused with rock solid bass note definition.
When overdriven the valve has a nice crunchy early break up, the midrange is rich in harmonics with unrivalled clarity when fully overdriven. These provide the rich and complex midrange overtones in abundance. The treble response of the Marshall EL34B is clear and not overly bright and tends to fatten up when more gain is added. This makes your guitars solo sound rounded and fat and cut through the mix. It is no surprise that these valves sound superb, Marshall have the pick of the factories and of the EL34 production, they chose this one as it delivers the maximum of gain and dynamic response.
