Vic Keary credentials are the best in the business as not only has he mixed, produced and engineered but also he designed the equipment that was used on countless hit records in his days at Lansdowne, Chalk Farm Studios & Chiswick Reach. Jon Bailes is an expert designer in the electronic manufacturing industry.
Our valve revalve kits use only the highest grade new old stock valves and the best of the modern made valves. We have put these kits together to allow easy ordering for our studio customers.

Thermionic Culture the Phoenix mastering plus upgrade kit consists of a set of 6 selected valves to provide the best sonic and audio performance from this legendary valve compressor. Many studio engineers have told us that this is best valve set up for this unit as the Mullard offers a classic vintage valve sound with a fatter midrange and exceptional clarity
We use a gain selected and balanced set of high grade original Mullard valves throughout in this kit. In the input stage we use a matched pair of Mullard PCC85 and a matched pair of the military Mullard ECC81 CV4024 in the output stage. This set offers the ultimate upgrade for this unit
