These are the Original American made General Electric 6072A Black plate are the best sounding 6072A on the market.
These are the highly sort after black plate version which has copper support rods and round halo getter. This 6072A has the classic General Electric air and upper end transparency and large musical soundstage. This valve provides a highly detailed sound, top end clarity and immense detail which makes this the best choice for critical audio applications and valve microphones.
These valves are specially selected for low noise and balanced triodes for use in critical positions in valve microphones such as the Avantone C12. These valves have then undergone a controlled in burn in process by us and then the triodes are matched on dB gain for the ultimate audio performance.
