The JJ factory was born out of the ashes of the former Tesla factory.
They currently make a range of High quality valves based on some of Tesla most famous designs.
The JJ TESLA 5751 has become one of the most popular 5751 types currently made for both our audio and guitar amplifier users. The JJ Tesla 5751 is an economically priced low gain version of the 12AX7 which is commonly used as a replacement for a 12AX7. The JJ valve produces a gain reduction of between 15 to 30% when compared to a 12AX7 and gives a cleaner sound if used in the first stage V1 position.
Very popular with guitarists wishing to clean up their amplifiers distorted tone or simply get more clean headroom as this valve ideal to tame the harsh pre amp distortion in high gain guitar amplifiers.
The JJ 5751 provides a clean and clear tone which also makes this valve very popular with our audio customers for use in Conrad Johnson amplifiers.
