Many items are from companies such as G.E Mullard, RFT as they did not make valves themselves. Many items are of high quality as they were a major supplier to the M.o.D and N.A.T.O . Most valves were supplied to government contacts from their London show rooms
EL81 Z& I aka 6CJ6 was originally designed as a television line output stage valve and more recently hobbyists have been using this in class B push pull output stages
