Our Fender full revalve kits are put together after a life time of using and comparing the performance of valves in these amplifiers. The kits offer the best options drawn from original new old stock USA made valves and their modern counterparts. They are designed and put together to provide improved sonic and tonal definition with more clarity out of these legendary amplifiers. Each preamp kit is specially selected for low noise, uniform gain and tonal characteristic. All output valves have been burst tested and matched on anode current and gain. Our Cryo treated valves sets have quite rightly caused a major buzz in the music industry since their launch. By upgrading the valves to selected cryogenically treated valve sets customers have noticed the additional benefits such as better clarity, larger and improved sound stage with increased definition under distortion. The Fender Blues Deluxe fitted with a special set of Cryo Treated Groove Tubes Super Premium ECC83S and the GT 6L6 GC GE R.I was our best selling and most requested revalve set for this amplifier.

The reason is simple , the effect cryogenic treatment has on the way the valve performs not only in clean applications but also when overdriven. The cryogenic process removes the harshness from the valves tone and the imaging has more focus and bite. It has a warmer sound which is pleasing to listen to, providing a clear and crisp musical distortion.

The Groove Tubes Super Premium ECC83S are the selected GT items and in addition to GTs in house testing are specially drive tested by us to ensure even gain and checked for low noise and microphoney and then Cryo treated.

ECC83S Groove Tube provides a warm even tone with a full rounded bass response. This makes it particularly good as it keeps overdrive and saturation under control. The Exceptional note clarity that the cryo process adds with improved definition on the clean tone . The extra bite and rich harmonics when overdriven makes this a great choice for Fender amplifiers where clarity and warmth are required

The Groove Tubes 6L6GC G.E Re issue is a faithful recreation of General Electric later type clear top 6L6GC. This is one of the most famous 6L6GC of all time due to incredible dynamic range and large sound stage.

The Cryo Version provides a significant improvement to the clean sounds as it offers more midrange clarity coupled with a nice open Fender twang. Top end is also enhanced as it is more sparkling and clearer when compared to the untreated item.

In Overdriven mode, the Cryo GT 6L6GC GE reissue produces a nice warm crunch tone that is wonderfully open and balanced it has more bite than the untreated item and has a more enhanced top end sparkle. In hard distorted mode the valve provides a punchy well balanced crunch on chords with solos that sounded clear and smooth with more musical harmonics.

Groove Tubes Cryo Super Premium 6L6GC GE reissue valves are specially burst tested by us. We take selected GT items and in addition to GTs in house testing and distortion rating on output valves they also undergo our own unique real world burst testing. The burst testing process involves a series of varying timed electrical signal bursts. This runs the valves under the same stress conditions that they will meet in your amplifier. All out put valves are then dual matched by us on current and gain. This will ensure that you get the best selected GT valves available anywhere in the world.
