Marshall Amplifiers are voice of Rock and Roll past, present and in future. These amplifiers have been used by all the music legends. From Clapton's fierce blues breaker solos with John Mayall, to the powerhouse slam of Jimmy Page in Led Zeppelin to Steve Jones awesome sound with his JCM800. To the Magic of Marshall little Class 5 head and combo. I know I had hours of fun with my own class 5 Marshall putting these kits together and these are designed to enable you to get the best out of your particular amplifier.
The Marshall Class 5 Classic upgrade kit fitted with a Harma Retro Ruby 10 inch is designed to provide tight and punchy bass response with a Fat creamy mid-range and a biting vintage style treble.

This speaker was specially designed for this amp and is recreation of Celestion G10L unit with the same muller cone cap and suspension

The Harma ECC83 Retro provides a harmonically rich and detailed sound with excellent 3D midrange warmth. This valve has a traditional British voiced sound that has a huge singing sustaining tone when overdriven. The outstanding feature of this valve is its smooth linear midrange response and extended frequency response so you get smooth warm overdrive with tight fat punchy lows.

The Harma EL84 Retro has a deep well defined tight bass that produces the classic slam of the Mullard in the bottom end. The midrange performance has been tweaked to provide a warm clear detail at low volumes with clear articulation and smooth even distortion when the amplifier is cranked.

The Harma G10 Retro Ruby has a harmonic open top which provides a warm transparent and sparkling clean sound. The bass response is tightly focused with rock solid bass note definition.

When overdriven the valve has a nice crunchy early break up, the midrange is rich in harmonics with unrivalled clarity when fully overdriven. These provide the rich and complex midrange overtones in abundance. The treble response is clear and not overly bright and tends to fatten up when more gain is added. This makes your guitars solo sound rounded and fat and cut through the mix.

The kit consists of
2 Specially Selected Harma ECC83 Retro
1 Specially Selected and matched Harma EL84 Retro
1 Celestion 10 inch Harma Retro Ruby 16 Ohm speaker

Please note that this kit contains the valves and speaker only
