Electro Harmonix is the top end brand which is owned by the Sovtek corp. Many of these valve designs are new designs based on old classic items.

Electro Harmonix EF86 has launched a modern made recreation of this classic EF86 pentode.

The EH EF86 is aimed at the audio market as is used by many audio companies and tube microphone manufactures.

Whilst not matching the sonics of some of the great EF86 by Mullard, Philips Telefunken and Siemens. It provides excellent performance and low microphonics and is readily available.
