Our Harma ECC83 STR & TAD 6V6GT STR full upgrade is designed to give great rock sound with plenty of clarity in clean mode with crunchy overdrive sound with early break-up of the output section when you want to Rock.

The Harma ECC83 STR is used to maintain the amps sparkling clean sounds. The mid-range is clean and transparent which removes the mush from the sound when the amplifier is overdriven. The valve responds very well to pedals and crunches up with a fat well balanced tone.

TAD 6V6GT-STR, when used clean produced a clear top end with a warm fat midrange and a tight bass response. Hit the overdrive and gain settings and plug in the Les Paul and you find Rock heaven. This valve has a really touch sensitive response and it captures the classic rock sound in a nutshell. This is a very easy valve to overdrive so a little care will be needed with your settings if you wanted a clean boarding crunch sound, then this is your ideal set up.
